EDH Gives Kids Cancer the BOOT, a charity event that raises money and awareness for pediatric cancer, held under the stars on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. 

This will be our first ever event in El Dorado Hills! Guests will enjoy an exciting evening of food, beer & wine and dancing to the country sounds of cover band Locked and Loaded. 

Come enjoy a fun filled country evening while raising money and awareness for pediatric cancer!

Our Inspiration - Meet Carter! 

This is Carter. An awesome 11 year old who loves supercars, motocross, his dirt bike, Rocket League, Dude Perfect and his cat. 

His world forever changed after the discovery of a brain tumor on March 22, 2021. He endured a 7 hour successful brain surgery to completely remove the mass on March 25, 2021. 

April 1, 2021 (no joke) pathology revealed a malignant grade 4 Glioblastoma. 

He has completed 33 rounds of radiation and is currently in a personalized medicine clinical trial where he receives IV immunotherapy every other week and takes oral chemotherapy daily. He continues to conquer MRI after MRI, all "no evidence of disease progression." 

 Carter is a true warrior on this long, difficult journey of healing.
